A tracking/confirmation number will be provided via PayPal email address

All orders are shipped double boxed to prevent & damage while item(s) are in transit also to protect both the shoes and the shoe boxes
In the case of returned shipment(s), the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred
Solecalkickz.com will accept exchanges within 72 hours or 3 days from which the item(s) were received
Please place shoes back in its original shoe box and package it in a separate shipping box(Double Boxed)
Note: you must also include any accessories (extra set of shoelaces, key chains, retro cards, etc...) into the shipping box.
